Spice up your Summer with Wild Berry Punch

With the start of the school year just around the corner, now is the crucial time of year to hold your summertime parties and backyard barbecues (while practicing social distancing measures, of course!). Our new recipe for Cascade Ice Wild Berry Punch is perfect for celebrations, get-togethers, or even a casual night at home with your close friends and loved ones. It’s a drink that everyone can enjoy and easy to make ahead of time. It’s a delicious, refreshing, and low-sugar blend of strawberry, orange, lemon and pomegranate that will keep you dreaming of summer days in the sunshine! 

Cascade Ice Wild Berry Punch 

8 oz Vodka

2 oz orange liqueur

8 oz pomegranate juice

8 oz Cascade Ice Sparkling Water in Wild Berry

4 oz lemonade

4 oz orange juice

1-2 dashes cinnamon

2 cups frozen berries (strawberries preferred, but blueberries and blackberries also work!)

*Note: leave the vodka out of this recipe for a “mocktail”

Combine all ingredients and pour over ice in a punch bowl. Serve in preferred glass and enjoy!

Breakfast is a crucial part of each day, and sets the tone for healthy eating and creating a sustainable routine.  A filling, healthy breakfast that is low-sugar will give you a boost to jumpstart your day (and may even put you in a great mood!). You may also notice that when you eat a healthy breakfast, your concentration and focus will skyrocket!

Cascade Ice Sparkling Water in Orange Mango

1 cup fresh strawberries

1 banana

Ice

In a blender, pour 3/4 cup of Cascade Ice Orange Mango, 1 cup of fresh strawberries, 1 banana and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!

Easy Organic Grapefruit Prosecco Cocktail

Try our latest recipe for a fizzy, fruity cocktail that is organic, light, and perfect for a sunny day!

Easy Organic Grapefruit Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients:

1/2 oz organic rosemary syrup (can be substituted with Bitters)

2 oz organic grapefruit juice

2 oz Cascade Ice Organic Sparkling Water in Grapefruit 

4 oz of organic prosecco

Combine rosemary syrup and grapefruit juice to a cocktail glass of your choice. Top with prosecco and Cascade Ice, and garnish with fresh rosemary or a grapefruit slice.

Patriotic Popsicles made with Cascade Ice Water

Red, white and blue homemade popsicles are the perfect way to serve (and enjoy) a sweet treat for the July 4th holiday! These fun treats will not only keep you cool – they’re also fun to make, and have simple, whole food ingredients for a low-sugar, low-calorie treat. The best of all worlds coming together just in time for Independence Day! 

Gather your ingredients and your popsicle mold, and if you’d like the colors to be more bold, you can always add food coloring. 

Patriotic Popsicles

1 cup chopped strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 chopped banana 

3 cups plain greek yogurt 

1 cup of Cascade Ice Sparkling Water in Coconut

Blend strawberries with 1 cup of greek yogurt until smooth, set aside. (Add 3 drops of red food coloring if you would like the color to be more vibrant) 

Blend blueberries with 1 cup of greek yogurt until smooth, set aside. (Add 3 drops of blue food coloring if you would like the color to be more vibrant)

Blend Cascade Ice Sparkling Water with 1 cup of greek yogurt, set aside.

Add a layer of blueberry mixture to the bottom of each popsicle mold, and freeze for one hour. Then, add the Cascade Ice Sparkling Water mixture for the next layer and freeze for one additional hour. Add final layer of strawberry mixture on the top, and freeze fully before serving. Enjoy!
