This is an easy and healthy way to celebrate your achievements in your fitness journey this year! All you will need is your favorite dry or sweet champagne and Cascade Ice Wild Berry. In a champagne flute, fill 1/3 of the glass with Cascade Ice Wild Berry. Let the fizz settle and then pour in your chilled Champagne.

Hey Cascade Ice fans! Today we have a classic cocktail with a Cascade Ice twist. Introducing the Cascade Ice Coconut Highball!
The invention of the highball or “high priest of tall drinks”, was originally claimed by Patrick Gavin Duffy, bartender at Manhattan’s Ashland House and that was around 1890. We’re guessing the creators of this classic drink wish they had some Cascade Ice back then because it’s an awesome evening-sipper with a little bit of Coconut thrown into the mix!
First, start off with a tall and narrow glass.
Next, we recommend adding a handful of ice and then pouring over 2 ounces of your preferred whiskey.
Then, grab a cold bottle of Cascade Ice Coconut and pour until the fizz reaches the rim.
With this drink, there’s no need to stir because the fizziness of Cascade Ice will mix it all for you! Pretty simple, right? So if you’re looking for your next evening cocktail look no further than Cascade Ice’s Coconut Highball, Cheers!

Hey Cascade Ice fans! It’s a new season and we have some great new cocktail combinations to help you enjoy that nice weather!
Spring Sparkler
This first cocktail is super simple and only needs 3 ingredients! Start with a thin glass and pour 3oz of a crisp white wine. Next, top the glass with 4oz of Cascade Ice Organic Lemon Zest. Drop in a few raspberries and you’re good to go! This drink will keep you refreshed with its light flavor and sharp carbonation.
Raspberry Limeade Spike
To start, fill a glass with a handful of ice. Next, add a shot of some cherry favored vodka and fill the glass with Cascade Ice Raspberry Lemonade. Garish with a few slices of lemon and enjoy this sweet treat!

Fiery McIntosh Apple
This cocktail is a quick and easy way to enjoy a Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple all while heating things up a bit. Start with a whiskey glass and fill with ice. Then pour in a shot (1.5oz) of cinnamon whiskey, followed by just a splash of your favorite alcoholic cider. Top the glass up with Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple and enjoy.
Bitter Sweet Cocktail
Here’s a great cocktail for when you’re in the mood for something a little sweet, but not too sweet. Start by mixing a shot (1.5oz) of vodka, 1oz of cointreau, 1oz of Cascade Ice Lemonade and 1oz of Cascade Ice Cranberry Pomegranate into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Don’t forget to garnish with a lemon wheel. It’s the perfect ‘night-in’ drink for those cold nights.
