It’s time to pull out your sweaters, boots and scarfs because fall is officially here! In honor of the new season, we mixed up some new and refreshing drink recipes featuring Cascade Ice.

Whether you plan on hosting a soiree this fall or just have a small gathering with friends and family, surprise your guests with a Pomegranate Berry Sparkler. To make this delicious spritzer, start by filling a glass half way with your choice of champagne. Next, add a splash of Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry and top off your glass with fresh pomegranates. Serve, sip and enjoy.

For a family gathering or a refreshing happy hour drink, prepare our Pink Grapefruit Punch. You will need 6oz of club soda, four 17oz bottles of Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit and fresh grapefruits, lemons and limes. Combine all the ingredients into a large pitcher, mix well and relax. Feel free to add your choice of champagne or wine to kick the punch up a notch.

Have you thought about what you’ll be making for your honey this Valentine’s Day? Let Cascade Ice help with some delicious, romantic (and guilt-free) cocktails that will make your date say yum!

Valentines Day Cocktail

Love Potion Pizzazz

  • 2 oz. Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • Garnish of cherries
  • Ice
  • Garnish of orange (optional)

To mix up the irresistible potion, mix 2oz of Cascade Ice’s Pomegranate Berry with 1oz of vodka. Add a garnish of fresh cherries and you’re ready to go!

Passion Pucker-Up Cocktail

  • 3 oz. Cascade Ice Black Raspberry
  • 1.5 oz. tequila
  • Lime
  • Raspberries
  • Orange wedge
  • Ice

Valentines Day

Mix up this tantalizing drink by pouring 1.5oz of tequila and 3oz of Cascade Ice Black Raspberry over crushed ice into your mixer. Next, add the juice of a lime wedge and a handful of raspberries. Garnish the cocktail with an orange wedge and you’re ready to serve!

Blushing Sparkler

Pink Valentines

  • 4 oz. Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit
  • 10 oz. whipped vodka
  • Lemon
  • Ice

Mix 1oz of whipped vodka, 4oz of Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit, the juice of a lemon wedge and a handful of ice in a mixer. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and garnish with lemon wedges.

Pomegranate Berry Martini 

Pomegranate Berry Martini

  • 2 oz. citrus vodka
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry
  • 1 oz. simple syrup

If your day needs a little something special, try this Pomegranate Berry Martini! Shake all the ingredients well in a martini shaker full of ice, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel and serve!

Why is “Healthy Living” important to you?

Healthy Living to me is all about balance. Have a fun lifestyle but make time for fitness and sticking mainly to nutritional foods and drinks. As a millennial, it’s important to take care of our bodies now rather than later when it may be too late to stay healthy.

Who are your “Healthy Living” role models and why?

My Healthy Living role model is Maria Menounos. Her book, The EveryGirl’s Guide to Life, lists tasty recipe ideas, great tips on how to get into shape, and discusses the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.

What is your go-to healthy meal when you are short on time.

I love sushi with low-sodium soy sauce or a boxed frozen meal from SmartOnes.

Do you have any tips for families who want to make some healthy lifestyle changes?

Take it slow when it comes to making a lifestyle change. For example, take the time to try out different foods that are healthy and stick to your favorite finds!

Are there any foods that you consider to be off-limits completely?

I never eat greasy fast-food!

In addition to eating right, do you have any other tips to share on overall wellness?

I would say that everyone should get in eight hours of sleep every day and work out at least 3 – 5 times a week.

What is your favorite Cascade Ice flavor and why?

I love Pink Grapefruit Cascade Ice!
