Cascade Ice Jello Dessert Recipe

Dessert makes everything sweeter, doesn’t it? Try incorporating some refreshing and decadent desserts into your after-dinner plans! We’ve got the perfect recipe for spicing up a batch of jello by using Cascade Ice’s Organic Mixed Berry Sparkling Water. Cascade Ice adds an unexpected burst of fruit flavor to the mix that will leave you asking for more!

 

To try this at home, you’ll need:

  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder in red
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups champagne
  • 1 ½ cups Cascade Ice Organic Mixed Berry Sparkling Water
  • 1 ½ cups sliced or whole strawberries

Mix the powdered gelatin with the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil until mixture is dissolved. Pour the gelatin into a bowl and add Cascade Ice’s Organic Mixed Berry Sparkling Water, sugar and champagne. Once the ingredients have fully mixed, you can divide the mixture into individual molds and place your dessert in the refrigerator.  After about an hour, pour in the strawberries and allow the gelatin to fully set.

Once the gelatin is firm, you are ready to enjoy an invigorating and refreshing dessert that is sure to impress everyone at the dinner table!

Cascade Ice Apple Fizzies are delicious and fun! To make, pour 6oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie McIntosh Apple over ice. Add in sliced Red Delicious apples and sprinkle in some cinnamon. For the perfect after-school combo, serve the extra apple slices with a tablespoon of peanut butter!

A Back-to-school Berry Blast is a great treat to come home to! To create one, mix 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup soy or almond milk, a handful of fresh berries and 4 oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Raspberry Black Currant. Blend until smooth and top with fresh berries. Yum!
