Sound the trumpets because the royal wedding is quickly approaching! In honor of the grand celebration, we’ve mixed up a few cocktail recipes fit for a royal bride using Cascade Ice. Cheers to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry!
Wedding Belle
The perfect treat for the belle of the ball. In a chilled glass add one ounce of gin and one ounce of lemon juice. Pour in sparkling rosé and top off with Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit. Stir and garnish the drink with a grapefruit peel for a cocktail the blushing bride is sure to love.
Megan’s Mimosa
An elevated mimosa fit for a royal bride! Start by filling a glass halfway with prosecco. Add one and a half ounces of gin and a splash of lime juice. Fill the remainder of the glass with Cascade Ice Orange Mango and stir. Garnish with frozen fruit of your choice.
The Royal Rose
No ceremony is complete without beautiful flowers. Begin by adding one ounce of gin, half an ounce of lemon juice and two ounces of champagne to a shaker over ice. Gently shake it up and pour the mixture into a glass. Add Cascade Ice Organic Mixed Berry to fill the remainder of the glass. Garnish with a small rose petal for a picture-perfect drink.

Mother’s Day is just around the corner! To celebrate, we’ve mixed up a few drinks for that special person in your life. Mom is sure to appreciate these low-calorie recipes made with love from Cascade Ice. Enjoy!
Strawberry Gin Fizz
For this bubbly treat, start by cutting a few strawberries into very tiny pieces. Spread them out in the bottom of a bowl and sprinkle sugar over them. Let this sit for five minutes to soak and proceed to mash the strawberries with a fork to release the juice. Fill a shaker with ice and add the strawberry mixture with 2 ounces of gin. Shake it up and pour into a glass. Top it off with Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit and a few sliced strawberries to garnish.
Orange Mango Mimosa
Take your average mimosa up a notch! Fill half of a champagne flute with your mother’s favorite champagne and top it off with Cascade Ice Orange Mango. Drop in an orange slice to garnish and add a cherry on top for a bright pop of color.
Pink Party Punch
Your mom will be feeling pretty in pink with this fun drink! In a large pitcher with ice, pour in equal parts of Cascade Ice Raspberry Lemonade and Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry. Mix together and add a few ounces of light rum. Top it off with lemon slices and mixed berries for a light, bright treat.
