Alright guys, you’re going to love this! We’ve noticed most store-bought popsicles may seem like a healthy alternative to ice cream, but they are really loaded with sugar, so we’ve come up with a solution for you. This healthy and delicious summer treat also doubles as a fun activity for you and the kiddos!
First step, gather your materials. Visit Walmart, Target or even look on Amazon to purchase ice pop maker molds. Gather some Cascade Ice and fresh fruit and then you’re ready to go. The beauty of making your own popsicles with Cascade Ice is that you know exactly what is going into them and there are no hidden ingredients.
Below, we’ve shared two of our favorite recipes for these fun popsicles, but you can really make any flavor combination you like!

Raspberry Lemonade Craze
Pour some Zero Calorie Cascade Ice Raspberry Lemonade into your ice pop molds. Fill about half of the mold and then place into freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Once the first portion of the pop is completely solid, pour your Zero Calorie Cascade Ice Lemonade into the next half, leaving a little room at the top. Drop a few raspberries into this portion if desired. Place the molds into the freezer once again and indulge once they are completely frozen.

Fresh-Berry Pop
Pour some Organic Mixed Berry Cascade Ice into your ice pop molds. Add some berries of your choice and be sure to leave a little room at the top! Put the ice pops into the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid and then enjoy!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! This week we’re sharing holiday drink recipes that will become your go-to refreshment at your next holiday party.
Infused drinks are becoming more and more popular. It’s so simple – water and fruits. But what about replacing the water with a zero calorie AND organic mix of Cascade Ice Organic? Cascade Ice has 10 fruity mixtures in their Organic line that are all sugar and calorie free as well as USDA approved! The sparkling water will add a fun fizz to your infused water and, depending on which flavor you choose, will add delicious fruity flavors.

Organic Citrus with a Twist
In your preferred beverage dispenser, add 2 sliced lemons, 1 sliced orange and a sliced lime. Fill the container halfway with Cascade Ice Organic Citrus Twist. Be sure to add enough room for ice! Leave your filled container at room temperature for 3-4 hours before adding ice. This will give your mixture time to fully infuse and provide a great flavor.

Cascade Ice Christmas Punch
In a tall glass, add 3-4 cubes of ice and pour over 1.5 ounces of your favorite vodka. Next, add a splash of fruit punch and then top off the glass with Cascade Ice Wild Berry. Add a festive straw and stir!

Feel free to add more or less of an ingredient to get your desired taste and the most important part is to enjoy these healthy and refreshing beverages made with Cascade Ice!
