Cure the Winter Blues

Feeling too cold and blue to go out on the town? Enjoy a night-in this winter with some beverages inspired by Cascade Ice! Invite friends over to indulge in the delicious cocktails you created around the warm fire. Start the evening off with a refreshing Blue Watermelon Mixer. Start with 2oz of Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Blueberry Watermelon. Then pour 3oz of chilled rum. New Cocktails for the New Year and New You!

With the start of the New Year, it can be hard to focus on healthy beginnings after all the delicious holiday dishes and drinks. To help curb your unhealthy sweet cravings, we rounded up some skinny cocktails to start the New Year for the New You. These cocktails will give you a sweet taste minus a load of calories!

We’ll start things off with a Cascade Ice Resolution Rita. Begin with two parts Cascade Ice Skinny Margarita Mixer. Add your choice of tequila and squeeze in the juice of two lime wedges. Stir and pour into a margarita glass over ice and enjoy!

Next up is our Tiny Apple Tini. Begin by mixing 4oz Cascade Ice Skinny Apple Tini Mixer and 1oz of vodka in a shaker. Pour contents into a martini glass and garnish with green apple slices for some colorful appeal.

Best Cascade Ice Recipes of 2012

Before we say good-bye to 2012, we wanted to take a look back at some of our most popular recipes of the year.  Hopefully you tried and enjoyed many of our unique recipes, without sacrificing your waistline. Whether it was graduation, Labor Day or Thanksgiving, we had the perfect drink recipes for your family gathering or party.  Let’s take a look book at some of our favorite recipes from 2012.

 

Cascade Ice’s Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles are perfect for the kids, parties or just a day of poolside fun! To make a batch, pour Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Wild Berry and chopped strawberries into a popsicle tray. Be sure to only fill halfway, so you have room to fill the rest with fresh pineapple juice and a few pieces of pineapple. Freeze popsicles overnight and they’ll be ready to enjoy the next day!

Back-to-school Berry Blast is a great treat to come home to! To create one, mix 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup soy or almond milk, a handful of fresh berries and 4 oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Raspberry Black Currant. Blend until smooth and top with fresh berries. Yum!

Energize the little ones to keep them alert during the whole football game with our Grapefruit Chargers! Per serving, mix 6oz of Cascade Ice Pink Zero-Calorie Pink Grapefruit with 3oz of club soda. Squeeze in some lime wedges for a zesty kick! Garnish with small grapefruit wedges and you’re ready to serve!

Kick off Halloween with the Cascade Ice Screamsicle! Mix 6oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Orange Mango with 1/2 oz of Orange Vodka. Then pour in 2oz of whipped cream-flavored vodka in a glass with ice. Garnish your drink with some red or black liquorish!

To master one of our signature holiday drinks, mix the Feliz-a-tini. Begin by mixing 4oz Cascade Ice Apple Tini Mixer and 1oz vodka in a shaker. Stir contents and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with green apple slices for a festive appeal. It’s that simple!
