Lunchbox Necessities

When packing lunches, your children may have unique preferences. Whether they like their sandwiches sliced down the middle or into triangles, with or without crust, there is one thing all of your kids will agree must be in their lunchbox– Cascade Ice!

We like to ensure when packing lunches for our kiddos that they have a well balanced, healthy lunch so they won’t be forced to make swaps around the lunchroom. Our favorite is to pair a wholesome sandwich such as this chicken B.L.T. with fresh fruit and an all-natural granola bar. Our 7 oz. bottles of Cascade Ice fit perfectly into lunchboxes and are a fun way to top off a great lunch!

After-School Snack Attack

When your kids get home from school, they’ll probably need to refuel with a snack before getting started on their homework. You can prepare a snack that your children will be sure to love, without sacrificing the healthy nutrients all growing kids need. It’s as simple as slicing up an apple and serving it with all-natural peanut butter or pairing fresh mozzarella slices with grapes. Add in it a refreshing Cascade Ice sparkling water like this McIntosh Apple flavor, and they will be all set!

Whether your kids are starting school for the first time or transitioning to a new school, they will appreciate your hand-packed lunches and will look forward to afternoon snack times paired with Cascade Ice. We hope these helpful pointers will inspire you to make this the best school year yet!
