Mother’s Day Brunch Drink Recipes

With Mother’s Day coming up this weekend, we thought—what better way to celebrate mom than with a delicious (and low-calorie) brunch cocktail? This Mother’s Day, relax and enjoy a little “me” time with these refreshing recipes!

You can’t go wrong with the classic mimosa! To create our slimmed down version, the Cascade Ice Orange Mango Mimosa, simply combine 1 part Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Orange Mango and 2 parts of your favorite champagne. Garnish with an orange slice and drop a cherry in for a fun twist.  Add one of these to mom’s breakfast in bed and she’s sure to be impressed!

 

For a real treat, try a Cascade Ice Frozen Peach Bellini! Begin by combining ice and frozen peaches in a blender. Next, add 8oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Peach Mango. Pour in 1 ½oz champagne and 1 ½oz Peach Schnapps. Blend until smooth and garnish with fresh peaches. These tasty peach cocktails will pair perfectly with any brunch spread!
