Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month? If you’re a fan of Cascade Ice, cheers to you! With delicious flavors like Strawberry Lemonade and Blueberry Watermelon, it’s easy to forget how good Cascade Ice is for you. Not only is it caffeine-free, but also sodium and gluten-free—making it a great alternative to traditional high-calorie, sugary juices and mixers.
In order to kick off National Nutrition Month, we have two fresh new recipes for you to try featuring Cascade Ice. Add some fruits and veggies to snack on, and you’ve hit the nutritional trifecta!
If you’re in the mood for something refreshing and fruity but not too sweet, try a Cascade Ice Grapefruit Citrus Spritzer. Pour some Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Pink Grapefruit over ice. Then slice a grapefruit and squeeze it into your glass for some extra-fresh grapefruit flavor. Lastly, squeeze in two fresh lemon wedges for a tangy touch. Yum!
For something a little sweeter, concoct a Cascade Ice Berry Bomb. This drink is full of delicious berry flavor and rich in antioxidants too! Start off by pouring Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Huckleberry Blackberry into a frosted glass. Add some ice, then crush in fresh blueberries and a handful of blackberries. And stir vigorously. Garnish with a few strawberry slices and enjoy!
Who knew celebrating nutrition could taste so good?
