Most people who know me are aware that I’m not a fan of making New Year’s resolutions. I’ve written more than one blog post on that topic over the years.  My preference is to focus on keeping things at a sane, realistic level throughout the year.  That way, I don’t have this huge, onerous task of “have to” resolutions looming large over my fair head each January.

In the past six months, I made the decision to adopt a specific weight loss routine.  By incorporating this protocol into my life, I threw out a whole kitchen full of bad-for-me products.   

What I found I missed was the occasional fizzy drink.  We all know how toxic diet soda is, and I see no logic about drinking regular soda that’s crammed full of white sugar.  So, what to do?  To my delight, I recently stumbled across Cascade Ice 2-calorie water.  Delicious flavors and fizzy water that doesn’t cause a single blip on the digital scale!  You can’t beat that for complementing a new approach to good health. 

What’s next?  I think yoga and toning are my next two things to conquer. I’ll keep you posted as I investigate various DVDs.  Finding the firmness, perhaps?!  I’m on a mission!  🙂
