February marks National Heart Month and what better way to celebrate by raising a glass of Cascade Ice! You can be heart smart year-round with Cascade Ice, but in honor of this month, try mixing up one of these heart-friendly concoctions that you can enjoy any time of day!

Pomegranate Punch
Pomegranates are full of antioxidants including punicalagins, an antioxidant that is found to protect the heart.

In a tall glass, pour in one cup of Zero-Calorie Pomegranate Berry over ice. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and sprinkle in fresh pomegranate seeds. Mix and enjoy!

Blueberry-Watermelon Spritzer
Blueberries are an excellent source of heart-healthy fiber!
