The holidays can be one of the most exciting and fun times of the year. Often, this fun can also be coupled with stress, weight gain and headaches. The holidays don’t have to hinder your healthy living style if you remember to do a few simple things.
Stick to your typical work out routine. This will not only balance out the extra holiday food you are consuming, but also keep you in a cheerful mood!
Make sure to take a multivitamin and get some extra vitamin C. With so much traveling this season, it’s pretty easy to catch a cold. Adding vitamins to your routine will help you avoid getting sick during the most wonderful time of the year!
Get some sleep! We know all those late night parties and shows are so much fun, but be sure to get enough sleep. This will help you ward off illness, maintain a calm and happy mood and can help keep you from overeating.
