Spring Recipes Perfect For May Day

Spring is in full swing, and May Day is right around the corner. Celebrate this spring festival holiday by relaxing with these delicious Cascade Ice recipes!

This Cascade Ice Mojito is an invigorating drink for a warm spring afternoon. To make this minty concoction, place 4 mint sprigs in a 16oz mixer cup and squeeze the juice of 3 lime wedges in. Leave the wedges in the mixer cup. Next, fill mixer cup ¾ of the way full with crushed ice and add ¼oz of Bacardi Silver Rum. Pour in 4oz of Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Mojito Mixer and stir gently. To serve, pour entire contents into a 9oz Highball or Collins glass with a sugar rim. Yum!

If you’re in the mood for something delicious that you can whip up quickly, try a Strawberry Limoncello Spritzer! Start with 6oz of Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Strawberry Lemonade. Mix in 2-3oz of Limoncello and a touch of honey. Slice strawberries to garnish and enjoy!

Mix with 4oz of natural pineapple juice, and add 2oz club soda for a little fizz. Pour over 1 cup of ice, and garnish with a fresh pineapple and berries. Looking for a tropical cocktail to have in hand while sunbathing? Try our Tropical Rum Cocktail! Begin with 4oz of Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Peach Mango. Add in 4oz of chilled white rum, 4oz of frozen pineapple, ½ chilled banana and 4-5 ice cubes. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
