Dad’s sure to love a Cascade Ice Mojito – they’re refreshing, minty and perfect for summer! In a 16oz mixer cup, place 4 mint sprigs and squeeze in the juice of 3 lime wedges—leave the wedges in the mixer cup. Next, fill mixer cup ¾ full with crushed ice and pour in 1 & ¼ oz of dad’s favorite rum. Add 4oz of Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Mojito Mixer and stir.
