Drink up some Vitamin C while soaking in some Vitamin D! First, muddle a slice of peeled orange and 3 mint leaves in the bottom of a glass to release their natural flavors. Next, add ice and pour in Cascade Ice Organic Citrus Twist over. Garnish with mint and you’re ready for a day in the sun!

Grapefruit Ice Cubes

First, cut a grapefruit into slices small enough to fit in the cubes of your ice tray. Next, place one or two slices (depending on the depth of your tray) in the bottom of each cube, and pour Cascade Ice Organic Grapefruit over. Place the tray in the freezer for 12 to 24 hours, depending on the size of your cubes. Remember, the bigger the cube, the longer it will take to properly freeze. Once frozen, drop a few cubes in a glass of water and enjoy the refreshing grapefruit flavor!

Summer is here, and nothing beats sitting poolside with your favorite cold, refreshing drink in hand! Check out these quick and easy-to-make poolside drinks using Cascade Ice that you can enjoy with friends all summer long!

Raspberry & Lemon Moscato Punch:

This party punch is perfect for sipping poolside with friends! First, add your favorite Moscato, Cascade Ice Black Raspberry, and vodka to taste into a pitcher. Any kind of Moscato will work, but we’ve found the less sweet the better! Next, squeeze a cup of lemon juice, a few thin slices of lemons and half a cup of raspberries into the mixture. Pour and enjoy!

Strawberry Mango Cooler:

Simply fill a glass with ice halfway full of Cascade Ice Orange Mango, then add ¼ cup of mango slices and a tablespoon of honey. Mix together, letting the mango and honey flavors perfectly blend. Next, add in thin slices of strawberry to introduce a fresh berry flavor. Garnish with mint to give it a little something extra!

Alright guys, you’re going to love this! We’ve noticed most store-bought popsicles may seem like a healthy  alternative to ice cream, but they are really loaded with sugar, so we’ve come up with a solution for you. This healthy and delicious summer treat also doubles as a fun activity for you and the kiddos!

 First step, gather your materials. Visit Walmart, Target or even look on Amazon to purchase ice pop maker molds. Gather some Cascade Ice and fresh fruit and then you’re ready to go. The beauty of making your own popsicles with Cascade Ice is that you know exactly what is going into them and there are no hidden ingredients.

Below, we’ve shared two of our favorite recipes for these fun popsicles, but you can really make any flavor combination you like!

Raspberry Lemonade Craze

Pour some Zero Calorie Cascade Ice Raspberry Lemonade into your ice pop molds. Fill about half of the mold and then place into freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Once the first portion of the pop is completely solid, pour your Zero Calorie Cascade Ice Lemonade into the next half, leaving a little room at the top. Drop a few raspberries into this portion if desired. Place the molds into the freezer once again and indulge once they are completely frozen.

Fresh-Berry Pop

Pour some Organic Mixed Berry Cascade Ice into your ice pop molds. Add some berries of your choice and be sure to leave a little room at the top! Put the ice pops into the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid and then enjoy!


Best Cascade Ice Recipes of 2013

Before we say good-bye to 2013, we wanted to look back at some of our most popular recipes of the year. We hope you tried and enjoyed many of our unique and festive recipes! Let’s take a look back at the top five recipes of 2013.

Pink Grapefruit Lemonade

For a unique and crowd pleasing lemonade, whip up the Pink Grapefruit Lemonade. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour 8oz of Pink Grapefruit Cascade Ice over the ice. Take a small fresh lemon and cut it in half. Squeeze the lemon juice from one ½ lemon into your glass and make sure to strain the lemon seeds. Add a couple slices of fresh lemon to compete the drink.

Watermelon is oh-so-delicious, and ripe for the pickin’ in the fall. In a blender, combine a few handfuls of ice, several seedless watermelon chunks and 8oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Blueberry Watermelon.Then, pour in 6oz of club soda. Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!

 

Apple Cinnamon Sparkler

This one’s for the kids! Instead of serving soda for dinner, try our Apple Cinnamon Sparkler. Simply mix 4oz of Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple and 2oz of apple juice in a glass with ice. Garnish with a green apple wedge and a cinnamon stick to complete the yummy drink.


Cascade Ice Pumpkin Pie Recipe

For a crowd-pleasing dessert the whole family will love, try the Pumpkin Pie Float. Pour 6oz of Pumpkin Pie Cascade Ice into a tall glass filling it up halfway and add one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish the float by crumbling a graham cracker and adding a dollop of whipped cream.

 

Candy Cane-tini

Mix up a Candy Cane-tini to enjoy while serving appetizers during the holidays. To mix, use 3oz of Cascade Ice Cranberry Pomegranate, 2oz of vodka and the juice of a lime. Stir the contents in your shaker with a handful of ice and garnish with a skewer of cranberries or candy cane crumbs.
