Cascade Ice Sangria

This recipe will take a little extra prep time, but it is definitely worth the wait! In a pitcher, combine: 2 sliced red and green apples (one of each), thinly sliced orange rounds (from half of an orange), and a fourth cup of lemon zest. Next, fill the pitcher half full with your favorite sparkling wine- we like moscato best! Then, top it off with Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple. Place the lid on the pitcher, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Share with your friends, and enjoy!
