Working out is an energy rush for some people, but to others it can be a daunting task. The most common excuse for not working out is lack of time. However, it is important to make time to workout because the health benefits will span across all aspects of your life. We know it sounds cheesy, but it’s the truth!
So…now that we have established that you need to workout, we should discuss the best time to workout. Research on exercise and time of day is abundant but there are some facts that you just can’t argue with. Many say that it is best to workout in the morning because you are more likely to get in the routine and are less likely to skip workouts. It is best to get it out of the way so you don’t have to worry about doing it when you get home from work. Makes sense, right?
To play devils advocate, some say it’s best to work out in the afternoon because you have more energy and stamina. Therefore, it is more likely that you will have a better workout. It’s up to you what time you work out but like Nike would say – Just Do It!
