Do you love everything grapefruit, but you need a little something “extra” with a kick of spicy flavor? Look no further than our recipe for a Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit Jalapeno Fizz! You can make this easy cocktail with or without alcohol, and the taste is insanely delicious. And what better way to enjoy a low-calorie, sugar-free drink than outside in the sunshine with a garnish of fresh lime, jalapeno slices, and a fun straw?

Cheers to refreshing hydration with some pizazz!

Pink Grapefruit Jalapeno Fizz Recipe

2 lime wedges

1 jalapeno, sliced ¼ inch 

3 oz fresh grapefruit juice, strained

1 oz tequila (optional)

3 oz Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit 

Muddle 1 jalapeno slice in cocktail glass of choice, and add juice, Cascade Ice and tequila to glass with ice. Squeeze the juice from 1 lime wedge and stir. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and jalapeno slice. Enjoy!

Chilling with Cascade Ice Caffeinated Sparkling Waters and Drink in Nature Photography

Long time Cascade Ice Water fan, Elaine with Drink in Nature Photography, wowed us recently with her thoughts on our new Cascade Ice USDA Organic Caffeinated Sparkling Water line. Also a native Northwesterner, Elaine recently took a road trip to the North Cascade National Park and drove the Cascade Loop Highway.
