Ingredients:
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup low sodium, soy sauce
- 1 cup Cascade Ice Lemonade
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp creamy horseradish sauce
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken in a large zip top plastic bag. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine. Pour over the chicken breasts, seal the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours (any longer than this they get too salty).
2. Preheat your grill to medium heat and cook (flipping once) until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
3. Voile! Enjoy!

If you’re wondering what you can mix up with your chilled Cascade Ice, try our Fall Apple Tini. If you want to pull out all the stops, add an apple wheel to the glass.

This is a fun and simple way to keep those delicious drinks cold and add some cute decorations to your home for fall. Do you have any great decorating ideas?
