Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup low sodium, soy sauce
  • 1 cup Cascade Ice Lemonade
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp creamy horseradish sauce

Instructions:

1. Place the chicken in a large zip top plastic bag. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine. Pour over the chicken breasts, seal the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours (any longer than this they get too salty).

2. Preheat your grill to medium heat and cook (flipping once) until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

3. Voile! Enjoy!
