Homemade Popsicles!

Alright guys, you’re going to love this! We’ve noticed most store-bought popsicles may seem like a healthy alternative to ice cream, but they are really loaded with sugar, so we’ve come up with a solution for you. This healthy and delicious summer treat also doubles as a fun activity for you and the kiddos!
First step, gather your materials. Visit Walmart, Target or even look on Amazon to purchase ice pop maker molds. Gather some Cascade Ice and fresh fruit and then you’re ready to go. The beauty of making your own popsicles with Cascade Ice is that you know exactly what is going into them and there are no hidden ingredients.
Below, we’ve shared two of our favorite recipes for these fun popsicles, but you can really make any flavor combination you like!
Raspberry Lemonade Craze
Pour some Zero Calorie Cascade Ice Raspberry Lemonade into your ice pop molds. Fill about half of the mold and then place into freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Once the first portion of the pop is completely solid, pour your Zero Calorie Cascade Ice Lemonade into the next half, leaving a little room at the top. Drop a few raspberries into this portion if desired. Place the molds into the freezer once again and indulge once they are completely frozen.
Fresh-Berry Pop
Pour some Organic Mixed Berry Cascade Ice into your ice pop molds. Add some berries of your choice and be sure to leave a little room at the top! Put the ice pops into the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid and then enjoy!
